These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of UpGroom’s website, coaching programs, strategy calls, and related services (“Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or enroll in any program.
UpGroom provides:
SAT performance coaching
Academic strategy consulting
1:1 mentoring sessions
Study planning and performance improvement systems
UpGroom does not guarantee any specific SAT score or admissions outcome. Results vary based on the student’s effort, mindset, environment, and adherence to the training plan.
To use our Services:
You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
Parents must be involved in the 1:1 SAT Strategy Call if the student is under 18.
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Rescheduling is allowed only before 24 hours of the booked time.
No-shows or late arrivals are counted as completed calls.
Payment must be completed before accessing any materials or sessions.
EMI or installment plans (if offered) must be paid on time.
Failure to pay results in automatic suspension from the program.
We use secure platforms (like Razorpay, Stripe, etc.) and do not store card details.
UpGroom offers academic performance coaching, not therapy.
We do not diagnose or treat psychological disorders.
If you experience anxiety, stress, or medical concerns, consult a licensed professional.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information during forms, calls, and coaching.
Follow the study plan and guidance shared.
Not misuse or share proprietary materials.
Maintain respectful communication with mentors and support staff.
Failure to follow program instructions may limit your results, and UpGroom is not responsible for such outcomes.
All materials—including:
Study plans
Strategy frameworks
Videos
Worksheets
Call recordings
Training modules
…are the property of UpGroom.
You may NOT copy, resell, distribute, or share them with others without written permission.
Violation may result in immediate removal from programs without refund.
We provide tools, training, and coaching, but your results depend on your effort.
UpGroom does not promise or guarantee:
A specific SAT score
College admissions
Scholarships
Any academic or career outcome
We help you perform better — but outcomes depend on your consistency and implementation.
Unless specifically stated for a particular service:
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are not issued for:
Missed calls
Lack of improvement
Student’s failure to follow guidance
Personal reasons
Changing your mind after enrolling
UpGroom may offer partial refunds only in rare, case-specific situations.
Sessions are scheduled based on availability.
Time slots can change due to unavoidable situations; you will be informed in advance.
Communication happens through email, WhatsApp, or other channels designated by UpGroom.
You may NOT:
Use our website for illegal or harmful activities.
Harass mentors or students.
Record sessions without consent.
Share login access or program materials.
UpGroom is not liable for:
Loss of marks due to exam conditions
Technical issues with third-party tools
Personal stress, pressure, or performance-related anxiety
Misinterpretation of guidance
Events beyond our control (internet issues, exam pattern changes, etc.)
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
UpGroom reserves the right to remove any student from the program if:
They violate rules
Behave disrespectfully
Misuse content
Engage in unethical or abusive conduct
Terminated students are not eligible for refunds.
We may update these Terms anytime.
Continuing to use the website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
